Crosslé 9S Zetec

The 9S Sports Racing car, frequently seen competing successfully on the race tracks of Europe in the ‘60s, is now available in a ‘late-run’ series made by the original manufacturers – The Crosslé Car Company of Holywood, Northern Ireland.

Crossle 9S Rear

Engine

Ford Zetec 2 litre twin cam prepared by Dunnell incorporating Weber carburettors producing 220BHP. The engine bay may be adapted to accommodate other twin cam engines.

Chassis

A tubular steel spaceframe faithfully following the original 1966 design. It now incorporates the latest safety requirements such as the integrated roll hoop, fabricated from T45/4130 material. All chassis parts are manufactured from mild and alloy steel and are black powder coated finished. Floor panels are stressed in T6 fully hardened aluminium.

Suspension

Front – Fully rose jointed unequal length wishbones with adjustable coil spring damper units and spring platforms. Rear – Fully rose jointed lower wishbone, trailing links and top transverse link with adjustable coil spring damper units and spring platforms.
